Nationwide — Justin Combs, the 30-year-old son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has reportedly been blacklisted from renting homes in Los Angeles due to his alleged behavior at luxury rental properties. Combs, known for his party lifestyle, has been accused of hosting large, disruptive gatherings that often leave properties in disarray, according to a Southern California luxury broker.

The broker, who spoke anonymously to The New York Post, claimed that Justin would often understate the number of attendees when renting properties. “He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over,’ but there would be 200, and then they would wreck the house,” the broker alleged. This behavior has led many landlords to refuse his rental requests, effectively barring him from accessing luxury rental properties in the area.

Jeffrey Lichtman, Justin’s attorney, defended his client, stating, “Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason – he did nothing wrong.” Despite the allegations, Justin continues to post images of his lavish lifestyle on Instagram, often featuring parties with friends and his father, Diddy.

Justin’s reputation for partying mirrors his father’s famous celebrations. Diddy, known for his iconic all-white parties held between 1998 and 2009, often blended hip-hop culture with high society. In a 2006 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Diddy described these gatherings as opportunities to unite people from different backgrounds, recalling how the events brought together celebrities, socialites, and friends from Harlem.

This isn’t the only controversy surrounding Justin. Earlier this year, Porsche Leasing LTD filed a lawsuit against him for $190,000 in unpaid bills related to a leased Bentley. However, Lichtman clarified that the issue stemmed from a mailing address error and assured that the balance would be paid, resolving the lawsuit.

As Justin navigates these challenges, his lawyer maintains that the accusations lack merit, and no formal charges have been filed. Meanwhile, his social media presence continues to reflect a life of luxury and celebration, reminiscent of his father’s legendary party legacy.
