One of the night’s most electrifying moments came from Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good, who shared that they’ve been secretly engaged for some time. Good turned heads in a sparkling gold sequin dress that perfectly showcased her timeless beauty and style, while Majors complemented her glow with a sharp and sophisticated look, exuding Black love and partnership at its finest. The couple’s chemistry and joyous announcement lit up the carpet, becoming the talk of the night.
Usher, the undisputed king of R&B, made his own statement on the green carpet, arriving in a sleek black leather jacket that amplified his signature coolness. As the recipient of the Global Visionary of the Year Award, his presence was a testament to his impact on music and culture. Meanwhile, Da’Vine Joy Randolph who received the People’s Choice Award brought her unique flair with a rock ‘n’ roll-inspired mullet hairstyle, paired with a bold leather skirt that featured a dramatic train, commanding attention and leaving a lasting impression.
