North Carolina Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson Says Black People Owe “Reverse Reparations”
A controversial video of gubernatorial candidate and current Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina Mark Robinson has resurfaced. In the video, Robinson is seen stating that he believes Black Americans owe a form of “reverse reparations” for slavery. The 54-year-old is heard saying “nobody owes you anything. If anybody owes, it’s you—because you’ve been the benefactor of freedom, you are the one that owes.”

Beyoncé Disputes IRS Claims of Unpaid Taxes and Penalties
Beyoncé has filed a petition against the IRS’ claims that she owes back taxes and penalties. The claim states that Queen Bey needs to pay an outstanding amount of $2.7 million from 2018-2019. She argues that the IRS overlooked significant charitable donations, amounting to millions upon millions of dollars. Her attorney Michael C. Cohen shared, “We are working with the IRS and anticipate that the matter will be resolved shortly.”
Smokey Robinson Reveals Affair With Diana Ross
While promotion his new album Gasms, music legend Smokey Robinson shared that he had an affair with his longtime friend Diana Ross. In an interview with The Guardian, Robinson stated that this affair took place for a year while he was married to his first wife Claudette Rogers. He also went on to talk about multiple affairs that he has held over the years. “I was married at the time. [Ross and I] were working together and it just happened. But it was beautiful,” said the singer.
