Authorities allege that Clark is seen in a survelliance video holding a bottle in one hand and shooting a gun in the other. In Clark’s defense, his attorney Letitia Quinones-Hollins shared, “When we get inside a courtroom and in front of a jury, where we will be able to put on our evidence and cross-examine the state’s witnesses … we expect the jury will come back with a verdict of not guilty.”

In the video Ran can be heard saying that he felt unsafe in Kansas City. He was allegedly staying in the hospital for a medical surgery of some kind. Raz had to be lured down from the ledge by law enforcement.

“All day I’ve been trying to clear miscommunications up and I’m letting everybody know right now that— Joseph, I need you to call me right now—I don’t feel safe. I’m in Kansas City; I’m at the Hilton hotel and I’m telling everybody right now, Raz-B does not feel safe,” he said in the video. “Put out an APB for Raz B in Kansas City. I don’t feel safe.
