White House Hosts Black History Month Event
Yesterday, the White House hosted a reception to commemorate Black History Month. With a host of special guests, the highlight was the HBCU students who were invited to participate in the festivities. VSU’s Trojan Explosion Marching Band performed during the event as well. During the reception, President Biden and Vice President Harris emphasized the importance of Black history to the fabric of the country. They additionally recommitted their efforts to the betterment of the Black community.

Dilbert Comic Strip Creator Cancelled For Anti-Black Remarks
Recognizable comic strip creator Scott Adams has been called out for his inflammatory remarks regarding Black people on a recent show. On social media, he continued to defend his stance and belief about Black people. “Based on the current way things are going, the best advice I would give to white people is to get the hell away from Black people,” said Adams on his show. Since his remarks surfaced, publishers have denounced his racist statements and pulled the comic from publication.
