Syndicated entertainment columnist Dr. Eunice Moseley inks deal with Dorrance Publishing for new book.
*The Pulse of Entertainment’s syndicated columnist Dr. Eunice Moseley inks deal with Dorrance Publishing for the new book Journey to Success: A Systematic Review. In the new book, Dr. Moseley explores the concept of achieving success, and overcoming setbacks and adversities, using empirical data and her life experiences to inspire and motivate the readers to not give up when faced with setbacks and adversities.
The Dorrance Publishing company, located in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, has over 100 years of experience helping authors to self-publish their works. The company provides authors a team of professionals to format, edit, design the cover and produce the book, but also offers marketing/promotions, distribution, and sales. Dorrance Publishing is the oldest book publishing service company in America. It was started in 1920 by Gordon Dorrance who wanted to publish his book but kept being turned down. Not only are Dorrance’s books available at online booksellers such as Google Books, Amazon Books, Barns & Noble, but also Dorrance’s bookstore and large–scale retailers across the country. Their philosophy is “the freedom to publish should be available to everyone with something to communicate.”
One of Dr. Eunice Moseley’s goals in 2023 was to publish research papers and this deal with Dorrance is a step closer to that end.
“I am familiar with Dorrance Publishing, they have literary work amongst empirical studies found at such places as university libraries and Google Scholar. I am so honored that they felt my new book fit with their catalog of literary works,” said Dr. Moseley about her book deal with Dorrance Publishing.
Her career has been in management which started while in high school as supervisor of a fast-food restaurant (Ginos) at the age of 16. She continued in management as an E-3 level enlisted servicewoman in the Navy supervising the Internet communications between the Naval Annex and the Pentagon. After being honorably discharged from the Navy Dr. Eunice obtained a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Morgan State University and quickly found employment at The Baltimore Times newspaper as Business Manager. She went on to hold several management roles at the newspaper, which included sales manager, account manager, entertainment editor, and promotions director.
