Founder of digital services and software development firm Fearless aims to make it a $1 billion company by 2030.

Fearless

Founded in 2009 by Delali Dzirasa, Fearless is an impact-focused digital services integrator building software while creating conditions for organizations and their staff to thrive.

Human-centred digital solutions and organizational transformation help unlock the potential of people, organizations and tech.

Dzirasa wanted to make government services accessible and usable for civil servants and the general public.

He has grown the company for 14 years by bootstrapping, a funding option allowing owners to run a company using personal finance or revenue instead of outside investment.

Fearless provides services to the government, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the National Archives and Records Administration.

They have also got contracts with the NFL and Deloitte.

Securing Funding

This week, Fearless announced the establishment of a new division and a $17 million commitment in funding to support working capital and fuel acquisitions.

They landed the financing from Truist Bank and the Maryland Small Business Development Authority and are working to raise another $10 million in capital by the end of the year.

Their new division, Fearless Guides, will grow its footprint as an impact company, expand internationally and help generate $1 billion in revenue.

Dzirasa told the Daily Record his company’s goal is to move the needle in its core focus areas of efficient government, social justice, human life and quality living.

The company will now comprise two business units: the digital and guides divisions.

Fearless Digital, the tech division, will continue the company’s founding mission to build software with a soul.

By 2030, Fearless aims to improve 100 million lives and be positioned in 10 countries while generating $1 billion in revenue.
