Pride Month is a time when festivities celebrating and supporting people for who they are, as they are, are in full wing. Last weekend, New Orleans did it big with a massive celebration infusing NOLA traditions with Pride-certified flair. The New Orleans Habitat for Humanity’s second annual Pride Build, a magnificent parade throughout the French Quarter and Marigny districts, and themed parties took place as an opportunity to have fun while spreading love and unity throughout the community.
