*The second season of Apple TV+’s beloved live-action kids and family series “Puppy Place” premieres this Friday, and we exclusive clip for our pet-obsessed readers!

Per the official synopsis: Based on Scholastic’s best-selling book series, “Puppy Place” chronicles the adventures of two dog-loving siblings and the puppy pals they foster in search of forever homes. Each of the eight episodes in season two continues to tell the story of a puppy who finds their way to the Peterson family. 

The series stars Riley Looc as Charles and Brooklynn MacKinzie as Lizzie, whose different approaches complement, inspire and occasionally confound one another, do whatever it takes to find a happy, loving home for each and every dog. Discovering what makes each puppy special offers a unique perspective that helps the pair overcome their own individual hurdles, per the synopsis.

“Puppy Place” is executive produced by Emmy Award nominee Andrew Green, who serves as showrunner, alongside Iole Lucchese, Caitlin Friedman and Jef Kaminsky of Scholastic Entertainment, with Richard King serving as producer.

All dogs featured in the series looking for forever homes were adopted either during or following production, according to the network.
