*Webbies, what’s good? Check out today’s Social Heat. Sheryl Lee Ralph recalls a time while speaking on TV One’s docu-series “Uncensored” when she was portraying Deena Jones in “Dreamgirls” directed by Michael Bennett, thereby making her Broadway debut in 1981, and how Bennett hit her because she dared to allow her feathered boa to touch the ground. “Michael Bennett, for some reason, was in his feelings on something,” Ralph said of the late director, who died in 1987; Lee continued, “‘Don’t let the feather boa touch the ground.’ It wasn’t my fault, I didn’t do it on purpose, and he hit me,” she said, demonstrating how Bennett struck her shoulder. “My father doesn’t even hit me; he hit me.” She detailed how she left the stage, went to her dressing room, and called her union. The only consolation the union rep offered was a two-week vacation. “So you gonna tell me this man has been going around hitting people,” the 66-year-old Emmy Award winner said incredulously, “or verbally abusing people, and you all just say ‘take a vacation, he’ll pay you?’ That’s how we’re going to get treated?” Check out the video below and start at the 20:31 mark. Bennett better be glad he passed on to yonder because we would’ve met him outside to “talk.” Nobody better evah put their raggedy paws on our Auntie! Tuh!

Joseline Hernandez became teary-eyed when she spoke on the “We In Miami” podcast about a kindergarten teacher that helped her overcome the language barrier when she moved to the United States from Puerto Rico. A teacher told her to write in Spanish and encouraged her to write in English. Joseline acknowledges how their interaction built up her confidence. Joseline also promoted Season 4 of her hit TV show “Joseline’s Cabaret” and her new EP. “Thank you guys for posting! It’s very important for young girls to believe in themselves and to push hard! Own their intellectual property and get what they deserve! So many people tell us NO! So for me sharing my Story Issa must!,” the reality star posted in The Shaderoom‘s comment section.

Draymond Green lost his cool during a game against the Sacramento Kings in the fourth quarter and was ejected from the matchup. Green stomped on the chest of Sacramento power forward Domantas Sabonis, and many fans are calling for Green’s suspension. Green spoke about the altercation in the post-game press conference, “My leg got grabbed — the second time in two nights — and the referee is just watching. I got to land my foot somewhere, and I’m not the most flexible person, so it’s not stretching that far… I can only step so far with someone pulling my leg away.” Webbies, weigh in below.
