Snoop Dogg Joins NBC Primetime Coverage Of 2024 Summer Olympics

Snoop Dogg is set to make his mark on the 2024 Summer Olympics. The Los Angeles native will join NBC for primetime coverage in Paris.

This exciting collaboration was announced during halftime of the Dec. 31 Sunday Night Football game between the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings. Snoop’s involvement in the Olympics stems from his previous experience providing color commentary during the 2021 Winter Olympics in Tokyo.

In a commercial that aired during the halftime break, Snoop Dogg appeared alongside notable U.S. Olympians such as gymnast Suni Lee, basketball player A’ja Wilson, skateboarder Jagger Eaton, and beach volleyball players Kelly Cheng and Sara Hughes. Together, they gave their unique take and shared their excitement for the upcoming Summer Games in Paris.

Throughout the Olympic Games, Snoop will contribute to the primetime show on NBC and Peacock, offering his insights into the events taking place in real time. 

Viewers can expect Snoop to bring his signature style as he explores iconic landmarks, attends Olympic events, and engages with athletes, their friends, and families. The iconic rapper/entrepreneur interviews and commentary are sure to add a vibrant and entertaining element to the coverage.

In a statement expressing his delight, Snoop conveyed his enthusiasm for the Olympics and the athletes participating, saying:

Both NBC and Peacock will provide comprehensive coverage of the Olympic Games Paris 2024, scheduled to take place from July 26 to August 11.
