R&B’s Tejai Moore aka TJ releases new single ‘Letter to God.’
*“It’s about keeping faith,” said singer/songwriter and producer Tejai Moore about his new single “Letter to God” (Two Queens Media).
“I go by T. J. Moore now,” he pointed out to me. We continued to talk about the meaning of the single “Letter to God,” and he said, “Because it’s not easy…and that’s where faith comes in.”
“I was recently invited to the Grammy’s…Beyonce’ was there and accepted her award, she broke the record for the most Grammy awards, and the first thing she did was to thank God…she was the only one,” T.J. pointed out to me. “I want to show people (too) who God is, and the things God can do. If He can do it for me, He can do it for you. This culture…thinks its ok to do demonic things…keep God first.”
T. J. is known as an R&B/Pop artist and when asked about releasing a Gospel track he said “It’s not my first actually. I did one called ‘Purpose.’ I’m living in my purpose. I work in R&B and Pop.”
The single uses autotune and when I asked about it, Moore said, “It’s…a style of mine I have been using it since the beginning. I think everybody uses it. It’s like photo editing.”
