*Tia Mowry and her estranged husband Cory Hardrict are reportedly nearly close to finalizing their divorce.

According to RadarOnline.com, Mowry has turned over her bank and tax statements as well as income and monthly expenses to Cory’s legal team. This “signals the two are at the tail end of their negotiations and the case will soon come to an end,” the outlet writes.

As EUR previously reported, Mowry filed to end her marriage back in October, after 14 years together, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The actress opened up about the split on social media, “I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a throwback black and white photo of herself and Cory. “These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children.”

Mowry continued, “I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”

Mowry said she and her ex will continue to “maintain a friendship” and co-parent their two children: 11-year-old son Cree and 4-year-old daughter Cairo.

In her petition, she is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two kids. She also wants her ex to be cut off from spousal support. Additionally, there is a prenuptial agreement that Mowry wants to be enforced.

Cory has publicly denounced the divorce and will reportedly fight when it comes to Tia’s right to spousal support.

According to Radar, he also wants to court to determine “the validity of the prenuptial agreement dated April 14, 2008, and/or that any provisions are unconscionable.”
