Wendy Williams’ ex-husband is demanding his two years’ worth of back spousal support to fund his “living expenses.”

Kevin Hunter filed court documents demanding that the support he was granted in their marital settlement agreement resume, The Sun reported. According to Hunter, the payments ended shortly before Williams was placed under conservatorship in 2022, leaving him without a form of income.

“I rely on the severance pay for my living expenses and having been without this income for twenty-three months has affected me greatly,” the filing states.

Hunter also wants to execute documents for Williams’ AFTRA retirement plan and asked his ex-wife, through her guardianship, to “immediately pay all severance payments which may be due and owing at the time of this Court’s Order.”

The ex-husband of the former daytime talk show host served as her manager and business partner during their marriage. But after he cheated on the radio/TV host and fathered a child with another woman, Williams divorced Hunter and had the split finalized in 2020, ahead of her current health and financial woes.

In the settlement, Hunter received an undisclosed lump sum from Williams and a severance payment from her company, Wendy, Inc. He was allowed to maintain ownership of his businesses and his cars, including a Ferrari and Rolls-Royce.

However, speed up two years, and Hunter is demanding to see all of the bank records from the date of “dissolution of marriage until current,” since he hasn’t received the spousal support he was granted.

“I would not have to file this motion if the plaintiff did not stop my severance payments and if the plaintiff would have signed the qualified domestic relations order for the AFTRA retirement plan,” the filing states.

Insiders claim that mediators told Hunter that the former talk show host has no money to give. But he’s not believing it until he sees the bank records for himself.

In Lifetime’s Where Is Wendy Williams? documseries, which aired last month, Williams acknowledged her current financial woes.

“I have no money. And let me tell you something, if it happens to me, it can happen to you,” she said to the camera.

Following the documentary’s release, Williams’ team confirmed she was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia in 2023.
